As a User Experience (UX) Researcher, I am highly motivated by the integrity of the research, which I consider the bedrock to creating great products that work for users. I am a RIVA trained moderator, and an NNG certified UX researcher.

I blend a sound understanding of UX methods and product design process, a love of facilitating creative solutions, and a strong sense of empathy to try and create great experiences for both product owners and users. It's an alchemy I'm excited to practice.

The last project I completed was with Facebook Reality Labs, working on the UX of the Oculus productivity app Horizon Workrooms, which was released in August 2021. Currently, I am with the Service Design and Innovation team at McKinsey. You can see some more of my work below.
